About me
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma begin to affect daily functioning, relationships, self-esteem, or overall emotional well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for adults ages 18–99, offering a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore emotional challenges, past experiences, and current stressors. My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are right now and working collaboratively to help you move toward greater balance, clarity, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
In our first few sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will identify your goals and begin creating a personalized treatment plan that supports emotional growth, coping skills, and lasting progress at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is informed by extensive clinical training and real-life experience. Therapy once helped me recognize who I wanted to become and supported lasting change. Today, I am passionate about paying that forward by helping others build resilience, heal from trauma, and regain a sense of hope and direction.
