Jennifer Maldonado, LMFT
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and relationships. With extensive experience in family dynamics and navigating significant life changes, I work with clients to build stronger communication, deepen self-compassion, and explore their sense of purpose and direction.
My approach centers on helping you work through guilt and shame, heal attachment wounds, and develop a more loving relationship with yourself and your body. I'm particularly skilled at supporting clients through anxiety, depression, divorce and separation, family conflicts, and the complex emotions that arise during periods of transformation.
I bring my authentic self to every session—as a woman of the Latinx community and a therapist who values progressive values and affirming spaces. I'm committed to creating an environment where you feel seen, respected, and supported exactly as you are.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely heard and when we work together to uncover the insights and strengths already within you. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and honesty as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and peace.
