My focus is working with adults using a person-centered approach to help people identify their strengths and navigate life’s various challenges and facilitate personal growth. I appreciate each person as an individual, providing a safe, empathetic space to share their experiences.
I am dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for people to feel comfortable & safe to explore thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I will meet you where you are in your journey and work with you to identify your individual strengths and how to best navigate your challenges, whatever they may be. I focus on each person as an individual, using an integrative approach to meet your unique needs and goals.
I am an LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), in Colorado. I have extensive experience working with adults who are living with chronic illness. I also have experience working with adults living with a variety of disabilities. My most recent experience was working with individuals impacted by Multiple Sclerosis using Solution Focused, Strengths Based and Person Centered Approaches to address each individual’s needs.
