Jennifer is an outstanding therapist. I love her approach. You will have to put in work for yourself. The tools and understanding are given to you, to do the work. This in no way means that Jennifer is not involved. She truly works with you and is no nonsense. If you need it she is there to put it bluntly when your wrong. I truly and hole heartedly want and need that from my therapist.
Call me out please!
Jennifer shows compassion, honesty and truly cares. We laugh, cry, I truly have fun, and enjoy our sessions. Constantly learning tools and about myself.
Even after we work out my issues. maybe if just once a month, I hope to continue with Jennifer for some year's.
