About me

I am licensed in Georgia with 15+ years of professional work experience helping clients to cope with grief and loss, life changes, and compassion fatigue. More specifically, my area of expertise is with the aging population, supporting the chronic/terminally ill, and handling the challenges of being a caregiver. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. When we are caregivers for others and doing our best to handle the challenges that life throws at us, we often forget to take care of ourselves. I'm here to help.
