About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate of the Social Work program at the California University of Pennsylvania. With over 10 years of direct clinical and mental health experience, I have worked with a diverse population of individuals with issues and diagnosis including: substance abuse disorders, PTSD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, ODD, and Anxiety. I utilize a variety of orientations and therapeutic styles to meet each client’s individual needs while working with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective. My successes include assisting clients in learning the skills necessary to cope with depression, anxiety, autism, relationship issues/family concerns, sexual trauma, unresolved emotional issues, stress-management, ADHD, grief and loss, self-esteem/self-empowerment issues, and more. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy while also incorporating elements of the Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. These advanced methods promote healing and desired change in a unique, gentle, and respectful manner. I believe every individual has a story that needs to be told and brings a passion to encouraging others in overcoming obstacles in life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focuses on pragmatic and personalized psychotherapy, I can provide individual treatment to those in need while focusing on the strengths of the individual as the main means of meeting any goals.

Jennifer has been really great to talk to and work through my self negative talk and dealing with divorce. She is knowledgeable and helps me stay focused on me instead of things I cannot control.
