About me

I am licensed in Missouri and Arizona with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I have created a curriculum for parents regarding parenting issues and anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am also a Registered Play Therapist with an emphasis on teenagers/adolescents. I utilize 'homework assignments' to continue with the therapeutic process out of session.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Owens. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

All I can say is that Jennifer is a HUGE blessing! I know that it is only but God who paired me up with her! She has a way of getting you to realize your true struggles and then guides you in seeing everything…even the things that maybe hard to admit or accept. So far, I have had only 2 sessions, but I can’t wait for my next session!
