Jennifer Palacios, LMFT
About me
My name is Jen, and I’m a relationship therapist and owner of Parallel Pathways Collective. I’m passionate about working with individuals and couples who want to better understand their patterns, improve communication, and feel more connected. While I specialize in relational trauma and emotional abuse, I also support couples navigating everyday challenges like conflict, disconnection, and life transitions. Our work gently slows things down, helping you gain clarity and build relationships that feel more aligned, secure, and intentional.
Many clients feel stuck—repeating the same arguments or wanting more closeness but not knowing how to get there. Together, we slow things down and make sense of patterns so your relationship can feel clearer and more secure. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in Family Systems, Gottman, and Narrative Therapy.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, whether you're working through deeper wounds or simply wanting to improve your relationship. Therapy offers a supportive space to gain clarity, build skills, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
