About me

l am a LCSW with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have significant experience working with
individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self esteem, illness and grief. I use a variety of interventions depending on my clients needs which include Client Centered Therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.
I believe in the importance of creating a safe and empathic environment for my clients. My goal is to help individuals learn coping strategies and use their strengths to work through the issues they are struggling with and come out feeling more confident and prepared.
