I have started recently working through some trauma with Jennifer. It took me quite a while to find someone I can trust, who will dig deep with me and hold me accountable. Jennifer is empathetic, supportive, and knowledgeable. She walks with me through my though process and challenges my unhealthy beliefs. I am so glad I found her and would highly recommend her.

Jennifer was able to quickly pin down what my goals were and come alongside to support. Her practical tips were so easy to remember and had dramatic effect pretty quickly.

Jennifer is consistently a safe space for me, she’s never judgmental or impatient with me, and helps me work through things to figure out what I’m feeling. Doing the self work alone would be terrifying, but having her help is priceless.
