About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker, working in the state of Florida for over five years. I am available in all Florida counties but Pinellas. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. My experience includes relationship and communication issues and assist with unbalanced family dynamics. I have extensive knowledge of trauma and how it can effect coping skills related to depression and anxiety and alter your window of tolerance. I used cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and use a client centered approach when I meet with clients. Other interventions used are motivational interviewing, multidimensional family therapy and other evidenced based practices. I also work with dual diagnosis and other mental health issues related to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, adjustment disorders, pain, grief substance abuse.

My approach is warm and friendly and open without judgement. I used empathic listening and validation skills to help you understand that I am listening and want to assist you in feeling better.
