Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Stephens. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

She did phenomenal our first session granted it cut out toward the end. But she took the time to listen even tho I felt I got off topic a couple of time but she still focused on what we were talking about at hand.

Working with Jennifer has been a truly transformative experience. From the very first session, she created a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where I felt heard and understood. Her ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and gently guide me through difficult emotions shows her deep expertise and commitment to her work.
She doesn’t just do her job she excels at it. Whether it’s offering insight, helping me reframe my thoughts, or challenging me to grow, she brings a rare blend of professionalism, warmth, and intuition that has helped me make real progress in areas I’ve struggled with for years.
What sets her apart is that she’s not just going through the motions she genuinely cares. I leave every session feeling lighter, more hopeful, and better equipped to handle life. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is truly exceptional at what she does.
