About me

I have a passion for helping clients reach their highest potential by overcoming their challenges. Together, we can work in a safe environment to bring out your strengths to become a better you. Are you ready to put yourself first, and allow me to help you do the work needed for your transformation? My passion involves working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting skills, adjustment issues, work-life balance, grief, relationship issues, and working with Millennials to name a few.
When approaching therapy, my goal is to work collaboratively with you so you do not feel like you are walking alone during this journey. My second goal is that during our time together you feel empowered, challenged, and motivated. I use a strength based approach, where I infuse CBT, and solution focused therapy to help you overcome barriers.
I offer a space for you to grow, learn, and explore free of judgement. I consider myself eclectic so I can provide the therapeutic technique that best suites you. Offering my personable, laid-back, with a dash of humor personality to help you go from surviving to thriving. I tailor the treatment to meet your individual needs.
