About me

Hello, my name is Jennifer and I am here to help! I have a Master's in Professional Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have been providing individual, family, couples and group counseling for 14 years. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient. and academic settings; providing therapeutic services to adolescents, teenagers and adults. I have provided therapy on a variety of issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence, anger management and more. Additionally, I have experience providing therapeutic workshops on topics such as Healthy Communication, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, and Stress Management. I consider myself to be eclectic and flexible in my treatment approach and will meet my clients where they are. However, I have a tendency to lean more towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. I am very passionate about helping others find emotional balance and living a better quality of life. I want to be able to provide my clients with the emotional and mental support; as well as help them to identify the tools needed to build emotional strength to get through lives challenges. I believe that finding emotional balance is the key to emotional freedom and success!
