Jeremiah Dillehay, LPC
About me
I am a fully licensed professional counselor and have dedicated my last 10 years to helping others overcome so many struggles in their lives. I am a big believer in helping my people learn and grow, so THEY can overcome their obstacles. I love to get to know my people and help them directly tackle their immediate problems. I am a firm believer in teaching mental health principles and then helping my people tackle their core problems. I am less of a “just sit and question” kind of counselor, and maybe less about reflecting emotions also, but more about problem solving with my people. But, I also love feedback and will try to adjust to your preferences.
I started my journey in 2003, at 28 years old, when I went to Arkansas State University. I received a degree in psychology and went out to work in the mental health community. I loved my work and decided to go back. I graduated with my Ed.S. in mental health counseling and have been helping as a licensed counselor since 2012, and love my work.

Jeremiah is very attentive, catches on quickly, very operative, very accurate and relevant.
The second session, the conversation flow was as if we're talking for few weeks.

He has been great for helping me refocus as I fight to finish the last semester of law school and as I walk into preparation for the bar exam. It's great to have the weekly sessions to touch base as autism & ADHD lets things run away from me pretty fast. Highly recommend for anyone needing accountability & help to make your world seem less like it's on fire in grad school.
