“It is my belief that mental/behavioral health services be available to all who seek it. Finding a provider that meets your needs can be a challenging process and it is one I am personally familiar with. Today, with the political turmoil, social and environmental injustices and more, it can be quite daunting to find a provider who understands what those whom are being directly impacted by those issues are experiencing. It is important to feel understood by your provider. It is my belief as a person and professional that BLACK/ASIAN/NATIVE/LGBTQ+/TRANS LIVES MATTER & We only have 1 Earth – We should treat it like it is our home. Because it is.”

Jeremy really helped me and he can help you too. He's a true professional, respectful and kind too. I was with him a full year and wish I could continue, he's the best therapist I've ever had.

Jeremy has shown himself to be a kind, caring, and compassionate professional. He is communicative and typically prompt in non session replies. In session I can tell how well he not only listens, but makes an effort to understand my concerns. He has always maintained a friendly tone, never making me feel like I'm being talked down to. He treats me like the individual that I am and has done well to remember things we've talked about throughout our many sessions. I genuinely feel seen and heard when I talk with him. I can see changes already occurring in my daily life because of the help and guidance he's provided. 10/10, 2 thumbs up, 5 star review.

I finally feel heard and understood. I have been through more than a few therapists, even a few on BetterHelp, and Jeremy has by far been the easiest to talk to.
