Jeremy Landry, LPC
About me
I will do my best to assist you in navigate your emotions and to understand them better. Self- esteem and self- worth are two main concentrations I focus on. My goal is to bring a compassionate and structured approach to working with you in overcoming your life struggles. I have been working in the mental health or healing field for 20 plus years and now want to provide you with a non- judgmental and safe place where I can help you navigate your own self struggles. I believe strength comes in many forms and is inside of everyone. It only takes that first step of courage to ask for support so I can help you find it.
My expertise are helping others navigate anxiety, relationships, (pre and post) divorce or separation, many types of addictions and healing from past traumas. I will help you to exploring self-love, life purpose, and personal forgiveness while providing strategic coping tools to manage impulsivity and emotional complexity. I look forward to meeting and working with you because you truly matter. I start sessions by meeting you and inquiring about the context behind your concern. I will start session with cognitive behavior therapy then tailor therapy to you unique needs.
