Jeremy is a great therapist. He is attentive, offers insightful feedback, and empathizes with his patients. I feel heard and that he cares about my difficulties. I had usually been more comfortable with a female therapist but Jeremy is kind and nonjudgmental but offers feedback that is helpful.

I've been with Jeremy since I started a few weeks ago. He's been really helpful and I don't feel pressured or judged when getting into live video calls. I would recommend him for those reasons alone.

He did not jump into what I thought I wanted to work on. He started on something more realistic and that seems to be helping me more.

Jeremy is awesome, like I always feel supported when we talk he’s always taking into account my best interest and potting it out to me when I’m lost. He’s super chill and consistent with me even when I fumble and flake I never feel like I can’t ask him for help.

He's a great listener and problem solver! Logical thinker and he is able to apply that thinking to his recommendations in his work. He is also very considerate about his patient's emotions and expressions and he never makes me feel broken; he acknowledges my downfalls but doesn't focus on them, instead he shows a way out and provides physical methods (such as grounding or being aware of surroundings) into therapy. 10/10 love this guy

I have received therapy from Jeremy Schultz for several weeks now. Throughout these sessions, he demonstrated a non-judgmental approach, cultural sensitivity and empathy. I went in not knowing what to expect since I had never sought therapy before and was mostly on the lookout for quick fixes. But while providing constructive feedback, he emphasized the importance of fostering long-term healthy habits rather than quick fixes. He was straightforward and honest when he stated that nothing would change unless I worked on it. Mr. Schultz recognizes and acknowledges my personal realizations and reinforces them in my wellness journey. He is patient, a great listener and motivator.

In the time I’ve spent with Jeremy I feel like things in my life are much more clear, my thoughts, feelings and responses to life situations. I always take away tools from each session on how to improve things in my everyday life. I appreciate having a very soft spoken and calm understanding person in my life I get to share my feelings with.

Jeremy has not only been a great support during our sessions, he has reached out to me in between when I was needing it most. Our talk sessions have been helpful and effective, but he has also given me tools and resources that I’ve been able to use this on my own. I’ve noticed huge improvements following his advice and utilizing the resources he’s provided me. He’s prepared me in advance for any stumbling blocks I may encounter during my recovery, and that has helped me not to get discouraged when they do come. He’s been very effective for me.

I haven’t been a therapy fan for a long time. Recently I decided to give it a shot. Jeremy is a very astute listener. He picks up things about what I say that I’m not conscientious of.
He doesn’t let me back down from facing the harder things that I’m feeling. I’ve only done two sessions with him, and both times have been profound.
