About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is deeply passionate about helping individuals strengthen their sense of identity, build confidence, and develop lasting self-esteem. Many of the clients I work with feel disconnected from who they are, struggle with self-doubt, or find themselves shrinking in relationships, work, or life. My role is to help you reconnect with your worth, your voice, and your capacity to live with clarity and confidence.
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, betrayal, stress, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, trauma histories, identity struggles, and relational patterns that impact how people see themselves and show up in the world. I am especially skilled at helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally guarded, or unsure of who they are becoming.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique story. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, with a strong focus on identity development, boundary setting, emotional regulation, and self-worth. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and belief systems have shaped your self-image—and how to rebuild a healthier, more grounded sense of self.
For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into therapy in a respectful, client-led way. I view faith as a potential source of meaning, resilience, and healing, and I honor each client’s personal beliefs and values. Whether faith is central to your life or simply one part of your identity, it can be gently integrated into our work at a pace that feels right for you.
As a therapist, I am warm, authentic, and supportive, while also offering honest feedback and practical tools. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be real and strong enough to grow. My goal is to help you move from self-doubt to self-trust, from confusion to clarity, and from survival mode to a life rooted in confidence, purpose, and emotional wholeness.
Beginning therapy is a powerful step toward reclaiming yourself. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you build a stronger, more confident version of you.
