I am licensed in North Carolina with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Specialist I recognize that stress, anxiety, and complex feelings can impede success at all levels. I am here to assist with implementing a holistic approach by focusing on multi-cultural awareness and the unique needs of all individuals. I assist with empowering one to be self-sufficient and positively adapt to stressful performance based situations. I help identify and address performance anxiety, PTSD, athletic stress, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, coping with substance use, life transitions, and other challenges. My objective is to provide you with interventions and tools essential to gain awareness and strategies used to resolve negative thinking and self-defeating behaviors.
