About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience working with adults and teens from all walks of life. I believe treatment is more than just symptom reduction and will help you set and reach tangible life goals (change jobs, learn a new skill, exercise more, ext.) as well as improve your overall quality of life.

I can list a bunch of technical terms and use fancy jargon but that isn’t what therapy is about. Looking for a therapist and asking for help is hard. If you’re suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, or something else, I am here to help.

I have been seeing Jess for over a year now and am very grateful for all of the changes that she has supported me to make. The changes have been necessary for me to function and look after myself properly - by becoming more aware of my needs and wants, so that I can make the required changes.
