About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience working with adults and teens from all walks of life. I believe treatment is more than just symptom reduction and will help you set and reach tangible life goals (change jobs, learn a new skill, exercise more, ext.) as well as improve your overall quality of life.

I can list a bunch of technical terms and use fancy jargon but that isn’t what therapy is about. Looking for a therapist and asking for help is hard. If you’re suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, or something else, I am here to help.

Jessica is probably the best therapist Ive had. She listens to me, gives good advice in a way that always makes me think for myself. She is like a best friend that is knowledgeable and its always one of the best times of my week when I finally get to unload on her haha. She gives me "homework" and while I might not do it all the time. When I do, its like a light bulb moment

I absolutely love talking to Jessica❤️❤️❤️. Great listen. Great Advice. Amazing support/input. Always keeps me grounded and helps me realize the gaslighting going on in the world around me. If I could, I would talk to her all day. Every session always leaves me feeling 100% better and excited to talk to her again. I’ve had other therapists in the past and Jessica Mazouer by far is the best. So lucky to have found such a great therapist.

I am very pleased with the care i am receiving from Jessica. She is professional, kind, thoughtful and approachable. I greatly appreciate her honest and straightforward nature and trust that she is genuinely focused on helping me get the most out of our time together. Due to the nature of the platform, appointments are always easy to attend, weather it be from my couch at home, kitchen table or even my car sometimes ( I swear, the car is always parked in a safe spot during my sessions!). To be honest, having to find time to travel to and from appointments has made it extremely difficult for me to maintain the counselling sessions I have attended in the past. Thank you Jessica for helping me to navigate single motherhood with 2 teenagers, a full time job, a side business and a very strong tendency to forget to take care of myself too! Your excellent work is what I often consider one of the best things I can do for my own health and wellbeing!

Jessica was very professional and approached my situations in a very pragmatic manner. I found the help to be very insightful and honest. Very smart and intelligent in working with the situations at hand, which definitely created a change and Better Help with my life and situations. Even though I am going through a lot, there was no wrongness made and no harsh judgments. It's more a pragmatic way of looking at thing. So I am grateful for that. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
