Jessica Callaway, LMHC
About me
Hello! I will walk alongside you and your family to help overcome life challenges and build the life you want to live in a friendly relaxed way. I bring a wide array of experience with me from the military to substitute teaching. Over the past five years I have guided groups, assisted couples, and steered individuals, ages 5 to 65, to support emotional management and self-understanding. Some of my specialties include anxiety, ADHD, autism, anger management, depression, career advising, and trauma-informed care. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2022 and I am a LMHC in Florida. My approach to counseling uses a mix of mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
