About me

Hello!
My name is Jessica Curd and I am licensed therapist in Indiana with over 17 years of counseling experience. I have a PhD in social work and am a nationally certified grief and loss and end-of-life counselor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, building self-esteem and confidence, and increasing motivation. I also specialize in Autism and ADHD (helping both those with Autism and/or ADHD as well as supporting parents/caregivers).
For fun, I enjoy time with family and our dog companions, being outside, running, hiking, camping, traveling, learning new things, and creative writing.
In therapy, I collaborate with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process!

Jessica has been very helpful. She listens to me but also doesn’t pressure me into changing my lifestyle. It’s a process and I really appreciate how nice and kind and how attentive she is.
