I am a licensed clinical social worker currently licensed in both North Carolina and Maine. I provide a non-judgmental space in which clients can be themselves and practice self-acceptance. I combine this with cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients move towards their values and live more effectively. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, life transitions, dating/relationships, and body image.

While it has only been a short amount of time, I have been thoroughly happy with Jessica. She is incredibly attentive (even when i am not feeling social), but is respectful of my boundaries as well. Highly recommend Jessica if you need someone to chat with about your day to day.
