About me
I am a trauma informed therapist who actively listens and provides guidance for individuals to reach their therapeutic goals. I have worked in a variety of inpatient, hospital, and outpatient mental health settings for over 10 years. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Social Work in 2014 and recieved training in dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I utilize a skills based approach to set SMART goals.
Most people describe me as caring, compassionate, understanding, and an exceptional listener.
I also have lived experience in foster care and contribute to curriculum development and training for foster and adoptive parents.
