Jessica is my first ever therapist and I am extremely happy with our sessions. She listens actively, and gives extremely good hindsight on my issues, she isn't judgemental at all, and I always feel safe to open up with her. Overall she is very relatable and just easy to talk to, and in the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I have already seen major changes! I would recommend her to anyone with self esteem issues, childhood trauma, anger issues and overall any issues that is holding you back from being your best self!

This is the third therapist I’ve had on this platform and I finally feel like I have found my fit. It feels comfortable like talking to a friend but I can also see her professionalism and skill. It’s the balance I was looking for.

I'm grateful to have met Jessica. I wouldn't be where I'm at without her.

Jessica is #THATgirl. I've been toying with the idea of therapy for 2 years, not knowing where to start or if I'd be comfortable telling a stranger my problems. I've always dreamed of having a therapist who would completely understand me and make my voice feel important. I've only met with her 3 times, but in that small amount of time; she has provided me with a wealth of knowledge/wisdom. I look forward to working with her until I can stand on my own with the materials and methods that she is providing me with weekly. I am so glad that she was available to take me as a client. I feel comfortable, seen, and heard. I am able to talk with her without putting up boundaries that would get in the way of my coaching.

The therapy sessions have been so helpful. I feel comfortable opening up to her and we really get into the nitty gritty of everything which I really needed. She is also very practical when it comes to solutions for the problems I discuss with her.

Jessica is such a beautiful soul. I feel like I’ve known her my whole life. She really asks me questions that help me reflect as well gives me tools on how to handle what I believe I lack the most. I genuinely thank her for everything thus far.
