Jessica is my first ever therapist and I am extremely happy with our sessions. She listens actively, and gives extremely good hindsight on my issues, she isn't judgemental at all, and I always feel safe to open up with her. Overall she is very relatable and just easy to talk to, and in the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I have already seen major changes! I would recommend her to anyone with self esteem issues, childhood trauma, anger issues and overall any issues that is holding you back from being your best self!

This is the third therapist I’ve had on this platform and I finally feel like I have found my fit. It feels comfortable like talking to a friend but I can also see her professionalism and skill. It’s the balance I was looking for.

Jessica is #THATgirl. I've been toying with the idea of therapy for 2 years, not knowing where to start or if I'd be comfortable telling a stranger my problems. I've always dreamed of having a therapist who would completely understand me and make my voice feel important. I've only met with her 3 times, but in that small amount of time; she has provided me with a wealth of knowledge/wisdom. I look forward to working with her until I can stand on my own with the materials and methods that she is providing me with weekly. I am so glad that she was available to take me as a client. I feel comfortable, seen, and heard. I am able to talk with her without putting up boundaries that would get in the way of my coaching.

Jessica has given me the confidence to tackle issues I have been burying my head in the sand over for a long time. Her sessions are very empowering. She doesn’t automatically tell me what I want to hear which I like, but she listens to me, helps me find solutions and not to be so hard on myself. She has saved me.

Jessica is a great counselor. In the short time that I've spent with her, she's treated me amazingly and constantly reached out when I was feeling antisocial or too busy to reply. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen. 10/10. Would talk to again.

Jessica and I only worked together for a week. However, in that short space of time I felt like a lot was accomplished. She was able to quickly cut to the core of the issue, and offered highly valuable advice. Jessica was also highly understanding, and I felt comfortable and safe with opening up.
Her advice has allowed me to see things in a more positive light, and I am now able to work on the things she suggested more effectively. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone facing anxiety, depression, spiritual attack, or anyone with parental issues. Her openness is valuable.

Jessica's approach to counseling was amazing and comfortable. She was never at anytime judgemental, and she really did listen and ask the right questions to get me thinking about various topics from a different perspective - which I found to be super important. I can tell she really cared and was listening/reading everything i said and was genuinely concerned about my concerns as well. Her advice and guidance really made me feel at ease and it, has so far, set me on the right path to succeed. I would most definitely love to connect with her again when/if the time comes.
