Dr. Jessica Fritzges, Psychologist
About me
Welcome to my online practice! I am Dr. Jessica Fritzges, a licensed clinical psychologist. If you are ready to address mental health challenges, I look forward to providing you with an accessible, compassionate, effective environment where you can make use of therapy in a convenient format that fits your needs. I offer treatment for depression and anxiety, as well as support for people with major life changes such as career shifts, moves, coping with losses, and other adjustments. I am particularly interested in helping free people from unhelpful cycles of codependency by teaching about what boundaries are, and how to set them and hold them. This can be especially helpful for people in chronically unsatisfying relationships, or adults seeking to set limits with family. I am dedicated to providing culturally-attuned care, and have extensive experience with supporting the LGBTQIA community. I look forward to meeting you where you are, and redefining where you will go!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Jessica Fritzges. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Dr Fritzges was helpful in our first two meetings but then stopped responding and suddenly switched to messaging only appointments, very disappointing to have to start over.
