I'm so grateful to have had Jessica as a therapist. Her kindness and ability to listen and provide insight and challenges have been monumental in my path forward. Ive progressed a lot in the last few months working with Jessica and feel like I've come to a pivotal point in my life where I have hope for the future and feel like I have the tools to handle the normal ups and downs of life and express my feelings and get out and start living life to the fullest.

Ms. Jessica has been AMAZING! I've had prior negative experiences with therapy and was only following doctors orders when I started my sessions with her. I now can say that my experience with her has been completely positive and has encouraged me to continue my journey. I look forward to continuing to working with her!
