She is only my 2nd therapist I have had as to I am new to therapy. In the short time with her I’ve already felt progress towards my mental health.

Jessica has been a fantastic therapist and an important resource for me. I was having a really hard time finding a therapist and I lucked out with her. She is kind, warm, funny, and makes me feel very comfortable. I also feel like she gives me concrete steps to take rather than just talking about my feelings. She is also very communicative and I feel like she values my time. She often gives me a little bit extra time when necessary rather than ending the session the second it hits the hour mark. I deeply appreciate her
