About me

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and clinical leader, I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations achieve sustainable growth, resilience, and optimal functioning through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and innovative clinical systems.

With extensive experience across inpatient, residential, and private practice settings, I have developed and led programs serving complex mental health populations, including active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, and individuals experiencing acute psychiatric and trauma-related challenges. My work combines strong clinical expertise with operational leadership, program development, and systems-focused problem solving.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. I believe effective treatment requires both clinical precision and genuine human connection, while also recognizing the importance of structure, accountability, and practical intervention strategies that create measurable outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership and clinical positions including Manager of Clinical Operations at All Points North Lodge, Clinical Program Manager at Rock Springs Help for Heroes, Clinical Program Manager at Highland Springs Hospital, and Inpatient Clinical Therapist at Cleveland Clinic.

In addition to clinical care, I am passionate about developing therapeutic systems, strengthening clinical operations, mentoring professionals, and creating environments where both clients and treatment teams can succeed. My professional focus centers on delivering high-quality, ethical, and effective care while building programs that are both clinically sound and operationally sustainable.

Jessica is a great therapist! She has helped me realize what I have not emotionally processed before. Jessica is very knowledgeable in cultural influences vs internal beliefs and how they impact our thoughts and has a diverse background working with different populations.

I love her so much. I've been in therapy for the last 10 years since I was in mandated therapy in high school. She's the only therapist I feel like really understands me and can help bring real change. I would recommend her to anyone.
