I loved that Jessica took the time before our first session to find out what my concerns were and then came prepared to our session with a plan and therapy route. If she hasn't heard from you in a couple days she takes the initiative to check in and see how you're doing. She is kind, validating yet helpful, and very pleasant to talk to!
