Welcome! So your path has brought you here to BetterHelp, it's likely you are looking for some assistance in dealing with something in your life or your current situation and hope to find a person that can offer that assistance. Perhaps you have found that person right here!
Stepping into therapy can be an overwhelming process but finding the right fit for you is one of the most important aspects of making it work. My hope is our work together is that you feel heard, valued, and supported in whatever you are facing.
I work to empower individuals towards being authentic whole beings. I use a strengths-based approach to help find the silver lining. Research has shown that physical mental emotional and spiritual well-being all play equally significant roles and our livelihood. Therefore I have made the holistic approach my central modality when it comes to my therapy.
My style is purposefully eclectic, to best serve your needs as a client. I believe strongly in a collaborative process in designing counseling experiences. You are the expert on you, the techniques we will use may change depending on your style and needs. Every individual is unique, and no one orientation will serve all.

Two weeks in and I am still loving this way of working on myself!
This is the first time I've ever been able to connect with a counselor and actually open up about some of the stuff I've been dealing with. She gets all the first responder stress when I'm overwhelmed and I never feel judged for my mistakes. She understands my thought processes and always supports me with mind-blowing expertise on my quests for better self care/boundaries/time management/etc.
Jessica is both kind and funny, she is not judgemental or pushy, and she is professional and polite. Would recommend to a friend or loved one
Jessica has been wonderful! She has really given me some tools I can use in overwhelming or stressful situations. She helped brainstorm ideas on how to discuss concerns with my loved ones. I would happily reccommend anyone to her.
She is a great counselor. She always checks on me and encourages me, which I greatly appreciate.
Jessica meets me where I’m at. She provides a supportive, safe space for me to show up as I am. Jessica sees and hears me and gives appropriate constructive feedback.
Jessica has been great, she listens and is able to repeat what I feel was a jumbled mess into a well constructed feedback and breakdown. I feel I don't always orate well, but she has been able to understand me and help me to work through my thoughts, giving me time to speak, think, and listen. Jessica is great.
Jessica provides a safe space for me to express my troubling past and how it affects me currently. She has provided literature and tips on how to handle my addiction and reduce the number of times I act out.
She was very patient and very kind. She helped my get another perspective on what I'm dealing with, which helps. :)
Jessica is patient, kind, understanding and supportive. She's able to understand the concerns I attempt to convey to her, when I'm making a mess of unraveling something and sounding very much as though I've lost my mind. This is done in a knowledgeable, patient way without putting out preconceived ideas that would hinder or confuse my attempts.
While I have no idea how a client is matched to their counselor, this is a perfect match for the help I need. Jessica has been a great blessing,
and im sure she shall continue to be one going foward. Thank you so very much.
Jessica Hirte; Noun: 1) A professional commanding a plethora of understanding and insight. 2) A modern day Zena Warrior Princess who battles the minions of darkness and despair.
I liked Jessica's style. I left the session feeling lighter than when it started. I also was able to clarify goals and feel like she will hold me accountable in a kind/compassionate way for my progress. I felt she was empathetic and gave me new and helpful ways of looking at the situations I am dealing with currently.
Jessica has an observant and constructive approach during sessions. I feel like I am being seen and heard. On days when therapy feels like a struggle before I even begin, she has a tender approach that leaves me feeling lighter than when I started. Overall, I would say that Jessica is adaptable to the vibe of the day.
I was initially hesitant to accept Jessica because she’s much younger than me and I held a bias about receiving counsel from someone younger than me. But I’m really glad I did. She has been the ideal person to meet me in my struggles, help me organize my thoughts, and implement healthy boundaries to improve relationships. Grateful for her and the groupinars.
Jessica is an attentive listener. She hears my concerns and helps me bridge gaps to reach my goals. I like her style of counseling, and am thankful to be working with her.
