I’ve only started my therapy journey for 4 weeks now & Jessica has been wonderful. She certainly has made me feel validated, valued & supported. I still feel very new to the therapy space & what it should feel or look like. Most of the time I just feel lost, overwhelmed with all the new feelings I’m experiencing , the unfamiliar unknown of reflection. But jessica is guiding me through that & is helping me understand that it’s normal to feel this way. I’m looking forward to growing & learning about myself more with her help :)

Jessica was a pleasure to work with; she was very good at listening well and both reflecting what she heard and asking questions to help reveal more internal dialogue. Her advice and worksheets were quite insightful. I feel more well-equipped to work through my difficulties.
A wonderful counselor to work with!

I didn't know where to start and Jessica got the ball rolling with a simple question and the session just unpacked itself. I felt more heard and seen than I have by anyone for a very long time. I didn't expect to cry as much as I did but that's okay, it just means that we were getting to the real nitty gritty stuff and I very much look forward to continue working with her.

Jessica's professionalism and grace complement each other perfectly. Intertwined with her thought-provoking questions, she leads me to find my own answers, helps me understand the why behind the what, and guides me gently toward healing. She's open to my wants and needs, and is incredibly flexible about how, and how quickly, we move forward. Most of all, I feel truly heard. She is an incredible listener and her insight has helped me greatly.

Jessica listens without judgment. I appreciate the perspectives she gives which allow me to see events from angles that I wouldn't have considered. I'm extremely grateful to have her in my corner!

Jessica's been very patient and helpful for me. It always feels like a safe, judgement-free space when I'm talking to her. I had a couple of other therapists before her that weren't so great and had very limited availability. But she's willing to move things around in her schedule for you if you just ask. I would have gave up on the whole idea of therapy entirely if I hadn't found her when I did. Highly recommend her.

Written on Jun 26, 2022 after therapy with Jessica for 1 year and 3 months on issues concerning depression, relationship issues, and parenting issues
Jessica has been wonderful! I had to switch therapists a couple of times because I was not connecting with previous ones. When I got matched with Jessica I told her that I needed to be challenged, what some of the other therapists said to me that were damaging and what I needed. She listened, heard my needs, and challenged me every step of the way.
Some of our sessions were very emotionally raw and during them, Jessica would stop to check in and ask how I was doing. This was so helpful as I have never had a therapist do this before.
Jessica showed so much care for my situation and made it very comfortable for me to talk about anything and everything. Thank you for being great at what you do!

Jessica is amazing! She listens, understands, and always suggests new perspectives and ways to deal with complex emotions. She makes sure at the end of each session I have goals and steps to reach them, all at my own pace. I leave the space feeling safe, heard, and ready to take on any challenge that comes my way.

Jessica is wonderful. While I am moving off of this platform to a different therapist so that I can use my insurance coverage, my leaving has absolutely no reflection on how great and helpful I have found Jessica. She is warm, approachable, and has done a great job helping me to navigate problems at work, to unpack trauma of a past relationship, and to figure out how to better care for myself. She is a true professional and I am so lucky to have been matched with her.

This is the first time I've ever been able to connect with a counselor and actually open up about some of the stuff I've been dealing with. She gets all the first responder stress when I'm overwhelmed and I never feel judged for my mistakes. She understands my thought processes and always supports me with mind-blowing expertise on my quests for better self care/boundaries/time management/etc.

Jessica is patient, kind, understanding and supportive. She's able to understand the concerns I attempt to convey to her, when I'm making a mess of unraveling something and sounding very much as though I've lost my mind. This is done in a knowledgeable, patient way without putting out preconceived ideas that would hinder or confuse my attempts.
While I have no idea how a client is matched to their counselor, this is a perfect match for the help I need. Jessica has been a great blessing,
and im sure she shall continue to be one going foward. Thank you so very much.

I was initially hesitant to accept Jessica because she’s much younger than me and I held a bias about receiving counsel from someone younger than me. But I’m really glad I did. She has been the ideal person to meet me in my struggles, help me organize my thoughts, and implement healthy boundaries to improve relationships. Grateful for her and the groupinars.
