I had therapy and ADHD coaching with Jessica and she is the first therapist I ever spoke to who was open to everything I needed to talk about. Her wide range of experiences with race, LGBT issues, neurodiversity, childhood issues and education meant that she understood everything that I was bringing to sessions which is very rare to find for someone like me. She has experience in not just the mainstream traditional therapy types that you can get anywhere but also has accepts how creativity and spirituality are very important to mental health. Jessica is truly a one in a million therapist.

Jessica has a very good, hands-on approach to life skills. She has been very helpful in guiding me towards practical skills to help me on my journey. I appreciate having the opinion of someone who is also neurodivergent as well.
