About me

As a Mental Health Counselor with credentials in both Florida, Colorado and Virginia, I have over six years of experience working with families, couples, and individuals, as well as over eleven years of experience providing career counseling. Prior to my counseling career, I spent twelve years serving in the U.S. Army as a career counselor. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Counseling.

My clients come to me with a range of mental health concerns, such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, marital issues, parenting difficulties, and employment challenges. I approach therapy with compassion, engagement, and motivation, and believe that every individual deserves respect and kindness, regardless of their labels.
