I am a licensed clinical social worker with over nine years of experience in the field of social work. I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree and Master of Social Work Degree from East Carolina University. Since graduating, I have been providing direct services for individuals and families. I have worked with individuals that have experienced grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I am experienced in mindfulness and self-awareness. My therapy style is empathetic, compassionate, and being respectful of your choices. My therapeutic approach combines mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
