About me

I am a queer identified (she/her) licensed clinical social worker with training in Feminist and Multicultural Therapy from the University of Utah. I am currently active duty US Air Force and am unable to take military connected individuals and families at this time. I work with individuals and families/couples in treating trauma, military/veterans issues, LGBTQ+ issues, occupational stressors and general mental health concerns (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, etc.). My practice is sex positive, kink and poly informed. I have trained at The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy trained. I primarily utilize EMDR, CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Internal Family Systems models.
