About me
I am a Canadian psychologist and BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in London. With experience in both public and private sectors, I’ve worked across a range of diverse populations and also bring insight from a background in corporate leadership. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in both self-reflection and solution-focused problem solving. I support clients through life’s challenges by helping them identify the underlying causes of emotional or behavioural symptoms and working together to develop tools for greater understanding, resilience, and well-being.
My counselling approach is grounded in supporting clients through life’s difficult moments by combining self-reflection with practical problem-solving. Together, we work to uncover the underlying causes of symptoms or struggles and explore ways to better understand and manage them. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Jessica is not only someone who cares about the situation or mental state you are in, she genuinely listens. I have never cried to someone out of pure expression of emotion but the space she allows invites you into genuine makes you feel like she wants to help understand you better! Would 1000% recommend!
