Jessica Rutowski, LPC
About me
Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with five years of experience working with adults 18+. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood while working toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including CBT for psychosis (CBTp). I also integrate DBT-informed skills, person-centered therapy, cognitive adaptation training, and supportive therapy. I focus on practical, evidence-based tools while maintaining a compassionate and collaborative style.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder (including mania and hypomania), psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, suicidal ideation, self-harm, sexuality, gender dysphoria, and women’s issues. I have specialized training in psychosis and have successfully supported individuals experiencing delusions and hallucinations with respectful, stigma-free care.
I look forward to supporting you in building insight, stability, and skills for lasting change.
