Thanks for reaching out! I am a professional counselor licensed in Texas with 4 years of experience. While that may not seem like much, I am well equipped in helping others figure out this thing we call life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting and life transitions.

My style is interactive, open and empathic. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment in which my clients can feel safe to explore their emotions in order to reach their full potential. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, conversational and collaborative. Together, we will utilize cognitive behavioral and solution focused strategies to tackle your issues and make lasting change happen!

Life is challenging. It tests us daily and prompts change in us individually, as well as in our relationships. Let me empower you to reach your goals and navigate the challenges that you face.

I offer live sessions throughout the week and on occasional Saturdays. I will schedule live sessions with you directly through messaging!

Jessica Smith has been an incredible throughout my time using this application. She gives me the tools that I need in order to link with the counseling. While it is all virtual, she gives me things to apply to my everyday life for real change. Jessica is wonderful. She listens, cares and really pays attention to what you are telling her. I love that she actually remembers what I have told her in previous sessions and when we show to each other she brings that up in our sessions to talk about. It is like talking with a friend, she is very comforting and is helping me tremendously.

I love better help and the ability to write whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed. With regular counseling I would have to prepare myself for my one session and then spend the whole first 30 mins catching them up. This is constant and I’m going that it flows better. It makes me less anxious
