While it is all virtual, she gives me things to apply to my everyday life for real change. She is slowly making a huge and positive impact on not only my future, but in also accepting my past. 10/10 would recommend!
Jessica is wonderful. She listens, cares and really pays attention to what you are telling her. I love that she actually remembers what I have told her in previous sessions and when we show to each other she brings that up in our sessions to talk about. It is like talking with a friend, she is very comforting and is helping me tremendously.
I love better help and the ability to write whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed. With regular counseling I would have to prepare myself for my one session and then spend the whole first 30 mins catching them up. This is constant and I’m going that it flows better. It makes me less anxious
