About me

I am a New Hampshire Licensed Psychologist and Life Coach with over 25 years of experience as an evaluator therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, life transitions, attachment issues, serious health issues such as cancer.

I work with adults, children, teenagers, couples and families. Over the years, I have had a large number of Hispanic clients due to my Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural background

I have a good sense of humor which makes counseling a little less painful. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe therapy should be goal oriented. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and psycho-dynamic therapy with psycho-education . My treatment plans are developed in a collaborative way with my clients in order to reflect their needs and goals.

Through all the years I have practiced, I have seen the difference therapy makes in helping people live happier, more fulfilling lives.

I look forward to working with you
