Jessica helps me feel heard and supported. During and after session I feel empowered to implement the strategies we discuss in my life.
Jessica has been super great. I was very nervous about virtual therapy but she really puts me at ease and has given me some great advice that has truly helped me. Would recommend her to anyone

It’s been great so far.
Jessica understands you on a humanly level. She is quick to set you straight when you start on self-destructive thinking. She's attentive and has many approaches to help you work through things. Great counselor.
