I strongly recommend Jessica as a therapist she is such a great listener and isn't your "typical" therapist she is understanding she is great at helping you work through even the hardest feelings and emotions and understand those emotions that you may be feeling. Knowing that I have a dedicated therapist like Jessica has ultimately hands down kept me from thinking the negative thoughts that brought me to her in the first place.
