About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Idaho with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients across the life span who come with concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction and co-morbidity issues, family dynamic challenges, and those with a trauma history.

I approach counseling as a partner with my clients. I believe in compassion and empathy and that feeling truly heard is valuable to clients. My approach combines client-centered, cognitive-behavioral methods, and the use of dialectical behavior skills . We will work together to determine the approaches you feel best support your journey of growth.
