About me

Hello,
My name is Jill and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas. I have combined 17+years experience in the field of psychology, and 10-years vested time in actual practice. My aim is to assist others in their personal journey as they face varying obstacles, challenges and or emotional/mental health concerns along the way. I believe my ability to be fully present when meeting with someone is one of my greatest strengths. Feedback I have received from clients is that they sense my genuineness and interest about what they are going through, or trying to figure out.

My basic approach is Person-Centered as every single individual is so amazingly unique! I listen with intent and work with clients to help them ascertain root issues they may be struggling with or challenged by. It is not my stance that I have all of the answers; but as a caring person and professional, I will stand with you as a solid sounding board, and when appropriate, function as a compass to help client's' move into the direction of their goals and dreams.

It is a privilege to be working, serving in this field. It provides an opportunity to share part of life with so many that ordinarily would not have been possible!

If you are in a transitional period; graduating, divorce, job, move, etc. I will be here to assist you through this time. If you struggle with anxiety, depression or mood challenges, I will be here to help. If it is a relationship or parenting issue, let's talk through these areas of life together. Having a neutral, but caring support system outside of one's closest relationships can be instrumental in building self-confidence and learning how to look at situations in a different light.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you discover the success you want for your life, whatever that looks like for you!
