My experience with Jill has been truly life changing. There have been so many helpful tools given and questions asked by her during our sessions that have stirred positive change in my mindset and my behaviors. She gives great advice and guidance while still giving you enough space and flexibility to work things out in a way that is realistic to your goals and lifestyle. So grateful to her!
