Jill Jaster, LMHC
About me
As a therapist, I do not believe in telling people what to do. When working with me, we are equal partners throughout the therapeutic process.
The therapeutic relationship is key to the success of therapy.
I feel strongly in providing a safe space for people to share their personal experiences built on a foundation of profession rapport and mutual respect.
For some people, beginning therapy can be a daunting and stressful experience. Making the choice to participate in therapy is brave and a form of self-care.
Many of us experience psychological pain throughout our lives. My hope is that as a team we can walk the journey toward mental health together.

Jill is very professional, comforting and reassuring during our sessions. I feel heard and listened to when we are working. Jill has helped me tremendously, breaking through years of trauma and grief and has made me feel supported along the entire journey. I couldn’t imagine seeing any body else and thankful Better Help matched her to me.

Jill has helped me through a lot of struggles in life including self esteem, family issues, extended family issues and most recently the stress of the holidays. She is a great listener which I appreciate because I'm not often heard by family and friends, and she offers wonderful advice. I can always count on her being there for me. She checks in with me to see how I'm doing and to remind me that she's there if I need her.

Jill is thoughtful, pushes me to focus on how I can better myself, and is fantastic at picking up small details on how I react to things. I love working with Jill and would highly recommend her.
