About me
Hello,
Thank you for considering me for your counseling needs. I graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2006 with a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling. I became fully licensed in 2011. I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings including community outreach, inpatient, private practice and in an online setting. I focus on using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well as other theories such as person centered and solution focused therapy depending on a clients needs. I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem/confidence, grief, and other issues.
My goals are assisting clients to reach their full potential and achieve good mental health. I aim to create a comfortable and safe professional environment for clients to develop a trusting relationship to allow them to openly communicate and address their goals.
