Hi, I'm Jin Hee Kim, and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have nearly 20 years of experience as a social worker and therapist both in Vermont and New York and worked with a diverse range of clients, in age, in identity, in backgrounds and challenges.
My focus? Working with women who find themselves at stuck places in their lives - whether it be in relationships, job/career, life stage, parenting or in their relationship with food and their bodies (body image, self confidence, or just so sick of dieting and wondering what else is out there).
The Goal : Together we will look at those stuck places to find the way through to a more fulfilling, more authentic, richer... and hopefully more peaceful and less stressful... life.
As a therapist, I aim to create a warm, empathetic and safe space to heal and grow. I work from a holistic perspective that draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques, mindfulness and coaching (positive parenting and intuitive eating).

I have tried therapy a few different times in life, but working with Jin is the only time I actually feel like I am making progress. She makes you feel heard and is very understanding, whether you’re having a break through or rambling about your day. If I am ever having a high level of anxiety, simply talking with Jin helps to calm me down, as she makes space for my worries and fears in a healthy, productive, and non-judgmental way.
