This is my first time trying therapy outside the traditional form, and exceed my expectations. Respresentation matters. As a woman of color I feel heard and seen. Jira creates a safe space with respect and intention. Her inputs are valid and supporting as your reach your goal/intention. For me was going through a rough situation. She has guide me through it. It made a big impact on how I handled the situation this time around. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy Jira’s approach on therapy and the things I want to work on. I appreciate the “let’s get into” approach especially since I have experience in the past with therapy. We dove right into the areas I need help with and immediately started to create and take action towards how to cope and resolve some of my main concerns. She’s experienced and is a great listener.

Jira understood what I needed after I explained my experience with some other therapists and gave me that. I am an action, learning by doing kind of person, and that's what we did. I spoke about my insecurities, what had triggered me and she helped me find ways to set healthy boundaries and not second guess myself, but face my fear of certain confrontations in specific situations and empower me. I felt heard and understood with patience, but also challenged enough for me to come to terms with my past mistakes and face the future in a healthier way and be true to myself. You have to do the work, and Jira is the perfect person to give you the homework, the realistic, kind and relatable feedback and support. Will be forever grateful for the help I needed after some personal losses. Thank you!
