Jo is the most wonderful listener. Kind, generous, and open. She has truly helped me to navigate some big life changes and always made me smile in every session no matter how bad I was feeling. I’d highly recommend Jo to anyone who needs therapy sessions that feel like a hug and a safe space to cry a bit..!

Jo Ann helped me tackle issues in my life for the first time, I strongly appreciate her attentiveness and support and feel very comfortable exposing myself and my thoughts to her. Jo Ann is helping me to change and become a better person, I can’t thank her enough for that.

Wonderful to be listened to and understood. Jo-Ann remembers my issues from week to week and has been great at recommending different things to read or to consider between sessions which has really helped. Her expertise and experiencing has shone through our sessions and I am very grateful for her help. NHS counselling is few and far between so being able to get help through Betterhelp quickly has been really important to my recovery and understanding of PTSD.
