I have only had a few sessions with Jo but we get on well together and she understands my issues. She has already helped me gain clarity on a couple of things and helped me to reduce my stress levels.

I have had 2 sessions with Jo. She has made me feel very comfortable and I have felt heard. She reached out after my first session asking if it wanted to book a second which I was grateful for.

Jo Jo is very understanding. Listens to you. Takes time to get to know you. Share’s with you her thoughts and how to approach an issue. Absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly. Non judgemental in fact Jo Jo is the least judgmental person I know. It’s comforting to know you are supported. I can’t recommend Jo Jo enough.
